The design of the Sales Office of the residential project Regency Anantam was conceptualised considering the scale of the residential project which is around 50 lakh sft. The sales office is around 20,000 sft built up with a grand reception area, sales cabins, conference rooms, the MD cabin and a show flat.

The entrance to the sales office is a 6 mtrs cantilevered canopy running across the length of around 70'. The exterior and the interior flow seamlessly and the separation is brought about only by a performance spider fitted glass. the entrance canopy which is finished in Acp and it was custom designed to insert geometric triangular led lights which are 600 in number. Each of these lights were custom made and the process took as much time as it took to make the interior of the sales office. As you enter the sales office you are first struck with the grandness of the height of 6 mtrs and the visual treat makes you anxious with anticipation as to what the project is all about.

The sales cabins are located behind the entrance reception. It was always our intention to create a certain kind of a semi transparent screen to create visual interest. The design follows the circulation where the customers after reaching the reception are naturally lead towards the sales cabins, the scaled model of the project and the show flat area.

The project is designed with faceted as well as parametric forms and so the theme is continued into the sales office. The reception has a faceted backdrop wall finished with marble and indicates a strong edifice in which the name of the project is displayed. The wall behind the reception is 6 mtrs in height with the sales cabins being only 3.5 mtrs in height. Therefore the 2.5 mtrs dead face above the cabins has been finished with a faceted 3D surface custom made in frp.

The juxtaposition of the faceted surface, the screened walls of the cabins, and the massive faceted marble wall form the backdrop of the entire reception area. The entire backdrop and the reception space is held and connected with a fluid ribbon form which originates from the reception table and flows to the show flat entry. The ceiling integrated with this form along with a staggered formation of led pin lights provide the customer with a unconscious sense of approach towards the show flat area.

Conceptually the entire design is non static and indicates movement and direction, hence the sales cabin area has a marble inlay which has a parametric design which spills out into the reception space. The palette is in shades of grey marble flooring, light and dark veneer and rose gold metal which as a theme continues through out the office. The design theme continues into the conference which has geometric triangles cladded from wall to ceiling. The MD cabin also has a large faceted framed ceiling from which lights drop down at random levels.

The sales Office was completed in a short time span of six months and its design concept and grandness has been well received and appreciated.
