This office space is designed in view of public, semi-public and private zones with respect to Vaastu and a modern sense of design. A complete overview of work culture, requirements and wishlist had been understood and amalgamated with contemporary workplace trends to bring out versatile and collaborative workspace.

The design approach was to uphold the firm’s deep-rooted philosophy “CLASS WITH CREATIVITY”. Being the firm’s own office, the idea was to create a space which was dynamic and ergonomically viable. It was about thorough, careful planning with the craziest ideas. Every section gives an experience of its own to the diverse group of employees and visitors. This workplace is a systematic depiction of every aspect of planning, interior designing and architecture and is a perfect example of CLASS WITH CREATIVITY. One is welcomed at the main entrance by 3000 screws coming together to form the company logo. The automated glass doors, welcomes one inside into the reception area. Lamborghini tiles, Corian, black lacquered glass panels, lush blue chairs, all come together to elegantly welcome the visitor and create an everlasting impression.

The studio is spaciously designed with an open ceiling. The subtlety of the space is contrasted by a pop of colours in boxed storages, located around the workspace. As one steps into the business development and the open library, the space is created to inspire, to aim high and achieve goals.

The sculpture depicting the same, stands out against the red leather clad open library space. The conference room is an interesting experimentation of 2 contrasting materials. It is clad with acoustic panels on two sides (one wall and a ceiling), and glass on the opposite, reflecting it.

The director’s cabin is an amalgamation of the untold journey to what Concur Designs is, now. It is designed impressively in a combination of materials with a world map as a back drop. The adjacent wall is adorned by the Berlin’s Olympic stadium graphics reflecting the sunlight streaming into the space, on the opposite wall. All in all, the office space serves as a gigantic library in terms of design, style and material palette. Modern and classy with bright colours, the space exhibits complete creative spirit, thereby stimulating all its people to be imaginative and dynamic!
